Founding President of IIPT India (International Institute for Peace through Tourism - India), Ajay Prakash has over 35 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

As a former President of the Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI) and Deputy Chair of the global World Travel Agents Associations Alliance (WTAAA), Ajay has participated in various tourism industry meetings across the world including addressing the European Tourism Forum in Bordeaux and often features on national television as an expert on aviation, travel & tourism.

 He is also the CEO of Nomad Travels, Mumbai, which he set up in 1980. An IATA approved agency, Nomad Travels specializes in inbound tourism into India.

A graduate in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and a Masters in English Literature from the Univ. of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Ajay is also a kite enthusiast and has organized international kite festivals across India with the slogan “One Sky One World.”

IIPT is a 32 year old global non-profit organization. It is based on a vision of the world's largest industry, travel and tourism, becoming the world's first global peace industry and the belief that every traveler is potentially an "Ambassador for Peace. IIPT India is a non-profit Company registered with the Indian ROC.
